Membership and QR check-in system that stops expired memberships at the door.
Play ran memberships and check-ins from a spreadsheet. We replaced it with an installable web app: every member has a QR code, reception scans it, and the screen instantly shows green, orange or red. Members renew, get reminders and see their status on their phone.

What we delivered
- 1,474 members migrated from the old spreadsheet with their original member numbers
- QR check-in at reception with a barcode scanner or camera, full-screen result in under a second
- Automatic push reminders the day before and the day after a membership expires
- Member self-signup that links to the existing record, renewal with 1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans
- Nightly sync with the legacy spreadsheet while staff switch over, dormant-member tier after 45 days
- Admin dashboard: valid, expiring, expired and dormant members, attempted entries without payment

NETFIX designs networks, servers, monitoring, IP telephony and firewalls for businesses. We built their new website in Croatian and English and embedded an AI assistant that explains their services, answers technical questions and routes serious inquiries to the team, at any hour.
