Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of boostifyautomations.com (the "Site") and describe the general basis on which Boostify provides its services. Specific projects are governed by a written offer or agreement, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
1. Use of the Site
The Site and its content are provided for information about our services. You may not use the Site in a way that damages it, interferes with its operation, or attempts to access it or our systems without authorisation.
2. Chat assistant
The website chat assistant is an automated AI system. Its answers are provided for general information and may contain errors. They are not an offer, a contract or professional advice. Binding terms for any engagement are agreed in writing.
3. Services
Boostify designs, builds and maintains AI automation systems. Scope, price, timeline, deliverables and support are defined in each project's offer or agreement. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your data, tools, team and market; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes unless expressly agreed.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text and graphics belong to Boostify or its licensors. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the relevant agreement. Third-party platforms used in a system (for example CRM, telephony or messaging providers) remain subject to their own terms.
5. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Boostify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
