Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Boostify, an AI automation agency operated by Tvrtko Janković, Croatia. You can reach us at info@boostifyautomations.com for any question about this policy or your data.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process the following:

• Chat assistant messages: the text you type into the website chat, which is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
• Booking data: if you book a call through Calendly, your name, e-mail and chosen time are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
• E-mail correspondence: if you e-mail us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and manage our relationship.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses and request logs for security and to deliver the site. Our analytics are privacy-focused and do not use cookies or track you across sites.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process data to answer your questions and requests (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), and to carry out contracts with clients (Art. 6(1)(b)). Where we ask for consent, for example for marketing e-mails, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Anthropic (AI model provider) for generating chat assistant replies.
• Vercel (hosting, analytics) for serving the website.
• Calendly (scheduling) for booking calls.
• Google (e-mail) for correspondence.

5. International transfers

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Chat conversations are not stored by us beyond the session in your browser. E-mail correspondence and client records are kept for as long as our relationship lasts and as required by accounting and tax law, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). To exercise any right, write to info@boostifyautomations.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
